The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Please allow up to 14 business days for Vestique to receive and process your return.
SHOE RETURNS: Shoes being returned must be in their original shoe box, placed inside of a separate shipping box in an effort to protect the shoe box. If the shoe box is received with shipping labels or packaging tape on it, we will be unable to process the return.
Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.

You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.
