The shipping method you select during checkout will determine how fast your order arrives to you. At Vestique, we pride ourselves on your orders leaving our warehouse and coming to you extremely quickly regardless of which shipping option you choose.

*All orders placed by 1pm EST generally ship the same day as the order is placed but are guaranteed to ship within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or on National Holidays.


You may also select the option to pick your item up in any of our store locations. This is a free service and the order can be picked up during our normal store business hours (click here to see hours for your store location.) You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. You have 15 days from the time you are emailed that your order is ready for pickup to return (for store credit) or exchange these items. After this time period, the order becomes final sale.

NOTE: Ship to Store orders are processed by our warehouse and then shipped to each store location. Please allow up to 6 business days for your store pickup order to arrive at its destination.

* Please be sure to check your address thoroughly before placing your order, as it will be your financial responsibility to cover the re-shipment of a package needing an address correction or update.


My in-store pick up order still says "processing" when will it be ready for pick up?

In-store pick ups are shipped to that location and may take up to 6 business days to process and arrive at your select location. We do not send a shipping confirmation on these orders since they are shipped out in bulk to the stores. You will receive a ready for pickup email at which point your order is available to pick up at your select store and your order status will update from Processing to Ready to Pickup

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email directly from USPS or FedEx as soon as your item has shipped.

I never received my order or shipping confirmations.

First double check your spam filter to ensure that your order updates did not get caught in spam. Second, we recommend whitelisting to ensure you receive all your order email updates.
