Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vestique. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from possession of your order.  For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 15 day period, the items become final sale.

The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Please allow up to 14 business days for Vestique to receive and process your return.

SHOE RETURNS: Shoes being returned must be in their original shoe box, placed inside of a separate shipping box in an effort to protect the shoe box. If the shoe box is received with shipping labels or packaging tape on it, we will be unable to process the return.

SWIM RETURNS: We hope you LOVE your purchase of our Vestique-exclusive swimwear! We understand that shopping for swimsuits can be difficult as sizing can vary between brands.  If you aren't completely obsessed with your new suit, we are honoring returns (for store credit only) & exchanges on our swimwear as long as the following criteria are met: hygienic strip must still be in place on the item, bathing suit must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and return/exchange must be initiated within 15 days of possession of order.

Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.

Vestique has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our Customer Care department at within 7 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.

Return Methods

In Store

You can return or exchange your online and in-store purchases at any Vestique store. Simply bring your merchandise to a store near you and we will gladly process your return (store credit) or exchange. Please don't forget your original invoice or receipt!

A government-issued ID may be required for returns. This is solely for the purpose of preventing return abuse. Vestique does not sell any information obtained through this process.

By Mail

If you purchased the $1.98 Free Unlimited Return for Store Credit or Exchange option at the original time of checkout for this order, there is no cost to ship your return back to us within the 15 day return window. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a prepaid shipping label through our returns &  exchanges portal.

If you did not purchase this option with your order, you can use the same portal, but a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of your shipping label. Purchasing re:do with a FINAL SALE item does not make the item eligible for a return.

When we receive your return, you will receive an email to the email address associated with the original order including the gift card and details of the transaction. Please allow up to 14 business days for VESTIQUE to receive and process your return. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you would like to avoid VESTIQUE's return shipping charge or are located outside of the U.S., you may send your package back on your own via an insured/trackable method to: VESTIQUE Returns, 717 Atando Ave, Suite F, Charlotte, NC 28206. Please be sure to include the order number and email address for the store credit to be issued to you within the package.

Exchange Instructions

For exchanges of the same or different item, please visit our returns and exchanges portal. This portal will allow you to select a new size or color of your original item or a different item and pay the difference (if there is any).  We will ship out the newly selected item once the return package shows movement using the prepaid return label.  You will receive a new email with the tracking number for your exchange when it is shipped.


All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, hosiery, sunglasses and adhesive bras are FINAL SALE.
