Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with vestique. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from possession of your order.  For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 15 day period, the items become final sale. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, hosiery, sunglasses and adhesive bras are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items.  Vestique has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met.  

SWIM RETURNS: We hope you LOVE your purchase of our Vestique-exclusive swimwear! We understand that shopping for swimsuits can be difficult as sizing can vary between brands.  If you aren't completely obsessed with your new suit, we are honoring returns & exchanges on our swimwear as long as the following criteria are met: hygienic strip must still be in place on the item, bathing suit must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and return/exchange must be initiated within 15 days of possession of order.

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Vestique to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Vestique is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Return Methods

You can return or exchange your online and in-store purchases at any vestique store. Simply bring your merchandise to a store near you and we will gladly process your return or exchange. Please don't forget your original invoice or receipt! If you received your item as a gift, please be sure to bring your gift receipt or the email address associated with this purchase with you.

A government-issued ID may be required for returns. This is solely for the purpose of preventing return abuse. Vestique does not sell any information obtained through this process.

To avoid Vestique's return shipping charge, you may send your package back on your own to:

Securely pack your merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping and a $5 USPS return shipping fee if a pre-paid label is used. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.

If you would prefer to exchange for another item, the first step would be to place another order as we tend to sell out fast! Once your new order is placed, shoot us an email to service@vestique.com with the new order number and we'll be happy to refund the shipping charges for the new order and send the prepaid return label for the original item(s). We will process a refund when we receive the original item(s) back at HQ, with no fee taken out for the shipping back of the original item(s.)
