When will my in-store pick up order be ready for pick up?
In-store orders will be ready within 4 hours after your order is placed. Once your order is ready we will email you that it is ready to be picked up. Note: to guarantee same day pickup you need to place your order 4 hours before the store location closes.
Will you be restocking this item?
We occasionally try to restock our most popular items, but depending on supply, can’t always make that happen. Contact us atservice@vestique.comand we'll double check whether we have that item in any of our stores for you and if not, we'll certainly make a note to notify you if and when the item is able to be restocked.
Who makes this item?
We work with designers from all over the country to bring you trendy, runway-inspired looks at affordable prices. Many of our items are made right here in the USA, which is noted in the product description.
Do you have any coupon codes available?
To be in the know about our coupon codes, discounts and sales, sign up for vestique emails, like us on Facebook (vestique.com), or follow us on Instagram (@vestique). We always post contests, coupon codes or promotions in those places first.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email directly from USPS or FedEx as soon as your item has shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have received shipping confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled. You may return or exchange the order by following our returns and exchanges policy.
Do you carry petite or plus size apparel?
Most of our items are sized as small, medium and large. This is due to availability from our vendors. When available, we try to carry extended sizes such as XS and XL so please be on the lookout as we are carrying a larger variety of sizes in many of our items. For sizing information, refer to our sizing guides.
Which items are final sale?
All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, hosiery, and adhesive bras are final sale, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items discounted 40% or greater are also considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long are gift cards or e-cards valid for?
Gift cards and e-cards do not expire. What if I've lost my gift card? No problem, we can look up your gift card ID by the email address of the purchaser.
How do I use my gift certificate or gift card for payment?
Enter the unique code listed on your gift certificate/e-card or gift certificate/e-card email or on the back of your vestique gift card in the Gift Card code entry at cart. This will apply your balance to your order. Click Here for more details on gift cards.
Why does my order not show up when I login?
Any guest orders cannot be traced back to an account. If you have an account but select guest checkout, your order will not be tracked within your online customer account but you will still receive email notifications about its progress. If you select guest checkout and afterward create an online account, the same applies. We highly recommend that for quick checkout and full access to order details to create an account.
I never received my order or shipping confirmations.
First double check your spam filter to ensure that your order updates did not get caught in spam. Second, we recommend whitelisting service@vestique.comandsales@vestique.com to ensure you receive all your order email updates.
Why is my discount code not working?
Spanx, Daydreamers, gift cards, doorbusters, stylist bundles, and yard sale items are all ineligible for additional discounts. We also do not allow stacking of discount codes.
I bought a few days ago and now today I see you are having a sale. Can you price adjust my order for this sale?
Our company policy is we do not honor price adjustments for previously purchased items. We are a small business that offers varying discounts throughout the year. Our system does not allow us to adjust orders made prior to the discount being active.
