Thank you for shopping with Vestique. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from possession of your order. For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 15 day period, the items become final sale. All exchanges are considered final sale.
The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Please allow up to 14 business days for Vestique to receive and process your return.
SHOE RETURNS: Shoes being returned must be in their original shoe box, placed inside of a separate shipping box in an effort to protect the shoe box. If the shoe box is received with shipping labels or packaging tape on it, we will be unable to process the return.
Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.

Vestique has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you at your expense.
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our Customer Care department at email@example.com within 7 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.
