We are currently in search of an experienced and innovative Graphic Design Intern to join our fast paced Design Team. Graphic Designer will be creating high quality and captivating visuals that range from digital graphics to graphics for our stores and will work closely with our Art Director and Graphic Designer. Duties include but are not limited to: store event and promotional graphics, social media assets, digital banners, email design, & some e-comm design. 

The Right Fit: 

College Senior or Recent Graduate

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and  Illustrator

Previous graphic design experience or portfolio is required

Keen eye for vestique’s aesthetic and detail

Must be able to work both independently and within a team

STORE MANAGER:

Position Overview
In partnership with the District Manager, direct all activities required to achieve all store goals, customer service, human resource management, operational controls, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation while driving both associate and customer engagement.


Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Partners with District Manager to lead and direct all store activities

Responsible for compliance with all vestique practices and procedures

Meet and exceed sales goals


Direction/Revenue Generation:

Drives toward store’s achievement of quantifiable performance results (e.g. Net Sales, ATV, UPT, Payroll, Inventory Shortage, Operational Assessments)

Analyzes business reports to identify, gain understanding, and recommend solutions to missed opportunities and to positively impact store performance

Assist with store efforts in community outreach and local event planning to increase traffic in the store

Build community partnerships by responding to and fulfilling local donation requests, as needed

Driving volume & anticipating customers’ needs while communicating store metrics & individual performance to motivate associates

Communicates appropriate goals, results (e.g. financial performance and productivity), and directives

Holds self and associates accountable for achievement of financial results and statistical standards

Seeks a continuous learning environment by requesting input and involving others

People Management:

Responsible for the recruitment, selection, coaching, investment, engagement, retention, and motivation of employees

Supports company efforts to foster team commitment through building relationships and recognizing individual contributions

Actively manages associates’ client service skills by providing informal and formal feedback

Represents the brand and hold associates accountable to expectations

Operational Excellence:

Demonstrates ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on all store activities

Oversees critical store operations such as re-merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, visual updates, and managing discounts and expenses to increase profitability

Product/Brand Management:

Supports continuous product movement based on company directives, client profile, and store sales

Applies knowledge of product with internal and external clients

Integrates strategic activity on the floor, which includes recovery and restocking

Lead inventory processes in collaboration with District Manager

Access inventory levels and maintain backroom organization

Applies knowledge of product with internal and external clients

Represents the brand and hold associates accountable to expectations

Position Requirements
Human Resources:
Actively works to develop a team to accomplish store’s business objectives through recruitment, selection, coaching, investment, engagement, retention, and motivation.

Customer Service: Spend significant time selling to identify customer needs, building team spirit, and acting as a store and market leader for the company. Demonstrate ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the client remains the top priority.

Store Operations and Organization: Lead and be an example for staff on all processes and procedures regarding inventory management, product receipts, transfers, and sales.

Leadership: Ability to respectfully challenge and motivate management and associates

Communication: Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills to store team, District Manager and Headquarters

Merchandising: Weekly re-merchandising and maintenance of the sales floor. Knowledge of visual standards and techniques. Maintains re-stocking standards.

Business Analysis: Knowledge of store reports in order to maximize performance, drive volume, and react to trends in the business

Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts. Minimum of two Saturdays per month. 3 Saturdays in Q4. 40 hours/week.

Social Media: Build following of individual store Instagram account. Collaborate with E-commerce and upper management to generate content to drive traffic.

Brand Ambassadors: Develop core group of ambassadors each semester and facilitate program.

Upselling/Employee Competition: Consistently leads team in participation and practices selling techniques with staff.

Store Events: Organize all store efforts in community outreach and local event planning to increase traffic in the store.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

The part time order fulfillment specialist at Vestique HQ in Charlotte, NC will be responsible for packaging orders above all else, as this task is pivotal to the company's ongoing daily success. Other key responsibilities are listed below:

- Pick orders from our warehouse

-Quality control products before shipping out

- Package orders via USPS or FedEx shipping materials as needed

- Receive inventory & inventory management

- Barcode merchandise

- Schedule will reflect four days working during M-F with one day off, hours are 9am-2pm (20 hours per week guaranteed.) No weekends required.

- Assist management on all ecommerce tasks ranging from transferring items to store locations to steaming clothes for photoshoots

The Marketing Analyst will join a dedicated, creative marketing team focused on accelerating growth and will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to achieve new customer acquisition. As a part of the Creative Marketing Team, this role will also gain exposure to all things ecommerce, digital media, advertising, retail and fashion. A focus on learning and professional development is a crucial part of this role. You’ll work alongside the Chief Creative Officer to execute paid marketing campaigns and offer reporting and analytical support to the entire ecommerce and marketing team. This person will be the analytical counterpart to a group of talented creators and marketers who enjoy working together.

What You’ll Accomplish

Manage paid marketing campaigns focusing on acquiring new customers through the paid marketing channel (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google) 

Help formulate and execute marketing strategies to achieve business goals

Develop close partnerships with third party marketing tools and develop an understanding of the levers to pull to optimize success

Collaborate with CCO, Art Director, Graphic Designer, and Social Coordinator to develop campaign strategies

Contribute to the overall customer acquisition marketing and growth strategy

Improve SEO and SEM strategies 

Run daily marketing reports across shopify + marketing channels to increase campaign and product launch success 

Monitor paid ad performance metrics daily and optimize channel growth

The Right Fit

Located in Charlotte, NC 

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a quantitative field

BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics or other concentrations with a significant quantitative focus

Strong interest in retail, e-commerce, fashion and/or B2C marketing

Data-driven problem-solving skills
